Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges apply to tour bookings, activities and packages purchased directly through Njeri Africa Tours.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled departure date.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of alternative tours or dates.

2. Conditions

  • The value of the new booking must be equal to or greater than the original booking.
  • If the new booking is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If the new booking is of lower value, no refunds will be issued for the difference.

3. Process

  • Submit an exchange request in writing via email to info@njeriafricatours.co.za.
  • Include your booking reference, original tour details and preferred new tour/date.
  • Confirmation of the exchange will be provided within 5 business days.

4. Restrictions

  • Exchanges are not permitted within 14 days of departure.
  • Promotional or discounted bookings may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Flight tickets, third-party services and add-ons (e.g. visas, insurance) are excluded from this policy.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions), Njeri Africa Tours may offer flexible exchange options at its discretion.
